Hello! :) Since I’ll be on holiday from November 23rd for about a month, I’d like to sublet my apartment. It’s a 1.5-room apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. Towels and bed linens can also be provided.
Feel free to come by for a visit, or we can arrange an online viewing. Let me know if you’re interested!
You can rent the apartment for this time frame completely (there would be discount) or for a shorter time frame.

Hallo :), da ich ab dem 23.November für ca. 1 Monat im Urlaub bin, möchte ich meine Wohnung gern untervermieten. Es handelt sich um eine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Handtücher und Bettwäsche können gestellt werden.
Ihr könnt gern mal vorbeikommen oder euch die Wohnung online anschauen. Die Wohnung kann für den gesamten Zeitraum angemietet werden (da gibt es einen Rabatt) oder pro Tag :)
English:
The apartment is located in Kreuzberg, right next to Viktoria Park. Grocery stores like Lidl, Aldi, and Biocompany are all within a 10-minute walk. The popular Bergmannkiez is also just a 10-15 minute walk away. Potsdamer Platz and Ku’damm are easily accessible as well.
The S- and U-Bahn stations are about an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg, direkt am Viktoria Park. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Aldi, Biocompany sind alle in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ausserdem ist der beliebte Bergmannkiez in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Potsdamer Platz und Kudamm sind auch schnell zu erreihen.
Die S- und Ubahn sind zu Fuss in ca. 8 Minuten erreichbar.
