Furnished 1-Room apartment in Friedrichshain

We’re offering a bright, spacious 1-bedroom in our apartment for interim rent from November 20, 2024, to April 20, 2025 (5months). The apartment faces the quiet courtyard, keeping it peaceful inside. Centrally located, it’s well-connected with public transport: the M13 tram stops just outside, U5 (Frankfurter Tor) is a 5-minute walk, and Warschauer Straße is 7 minutes away. Plus, the street below is lined with a variety of food spots and bars for easy access to local dining and nightlife.

Apartment:
Our apartment has two rooms, and you’ll have the larger 17m² room, furnished with two wardrobes, a desk, chair, and chest for extra storage. All essential amenities are included, such as WiFi, a fitted kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, and more. The washing machine and dryer are available free of charge for residents on the 5th floor, and the building has a lift for added convenience, especially on laundry days. The room will be emptied out so you will have enough space to put your stuff (ignore the clutter in the photos as we took them the day we were moving). Feel free to rearrange the furniture in the bedroom and make it a home for yourself (Ofcourse without damaging anything).

Rent:
Rent includes all utilities – no additional costs! Please note, however, that registration is not available, and we won’t be able to change the name on the doorbell. You’ll have the entire space to yourself, as the smaller room will be locked for our storage. We’ve relocated to Hamburg for work and may occasionally return to Berlin (around 1-2 times per month) if needed.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a responsible tenant who will treat the apartment with care and respect. Viewings will be scheduled on 23-24th November when we’re back in Berlin, so we can discuss details in person and ensure it’s a good fit.
