Sunny and comfortable 1-room flat for 10 days 19-30 March

The neighbourhood itself is beautiful and clean, with the old romantic architecure that just pleases the eye. Comparing to Pberg or other beautiful Berlin areas, this one is very quiet and relaxed, with not so many people on the streets (which I love!) - you get cozy hip cafes, lots of parks, library and all the bio grocery possibilities nearby.

The U-bahn is 5 mins by walk and just 2 stations south from the ring S Tempelhof. You reach Tempelhofer Feld by bike in 5 mins also, where you can go jogging or walking. Despite being outside of the Ring, the location still feels easily reachable and connected. There’s also a beautiful forest 20 mins by bike to south from my place.

I’m leaving already on the 18th of March morning, so you can move in then. The rent is how much I pay, I don't make money subrenting.
