Schöne sanierte Wohnung in Moabit

Die Lage ist zentral, aber die Straße ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Rewe, dm, türkischer Markt usw. sind in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Diverse Restaurants und Cafés sind ebenfalls in 2-3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die U-Bahn-Station Turmstraße ist 3 Stationen mit dem Bus entfernt.

The location is central, but the street is still very quiet. Rewe, dm, Turkish market etc. are within 4 minutes walking distance. Various restaurants and cafés are also within 2-3 minutes walking distance. The bus stop is a 1-2 minute walk away and the subway station Turmstraße is 3 stops away by bus.

Ich werde viele Pflanzen in der Wohnung lassen, deshalb wäre es mir wichtig, dass du dich ein bisschen um meine Pflanzen kümmerst und sie auch mal gießt. Zuverlässigkeit und Sauberkeit sind mir natürlich auch sehr wichtig.
