Hey! My name is Louis. I'm a Bask/French man of 29yo living in Berlin since 4years. I'm sharing here the address of a great serviced apartment house located 7min walking distance from Ostbanhof and 10min from Jannowitzbrücke.

Serviced apartments means basically that on top of having your private space, you have access to a range of services that are already included in your rent such as immediate help in case of any maintenance issues, 24/7 reception desk receiving Amazon packages for you, a brunch-café open daily with co-working desks, laundry facilities and also a rooftop terrace that is open during warm days only. So basically there are common areas such as the café, the reception and co-working desks where you can get around new people in case you're just moving into Berlin. = )

The building has been freshly built en 2023-2024. There are 207 apartments available there spread over 10 floors and mostly hosts expats that are recently arrived into Berlin and search for a long term base where they can settle for a lower price. People stay with us 1 to 3 months in general but there is no real limit of how long you can stay. We also accept shorter stays than a month long but we try to limit that. We are not a hotel.

We do not ask for any deposit or caution. Just pay the first month rent upon your arrival at the co-living.
