I am renting out my cozy flat while I am on vacation, between 07.01.2025-12.03.2025. It comfortably fits up to two people.

The house is a very big room with a "high bed" (Hochbett) and dreamy decoration, a bathroom, a kitchen and a corridor. The house is very well preserved, fully furnished and all the domestic appliances work properly.
The apartment is located in a very calm neighborhood (rear house) in Neukölln, and at the same time very close to any lively and exciting areas in Berlin.
If you're interested, don't hesitate to write me or call me (I speak German, English, Spanish and Italian). Please be sure the dates suit your plans.

You would also very well connected to the public transport and can get quickly to all the other parts of Berlin. Within 5 minutes walking distance there is Leinestr. (U8) station, as well as Hermanstr. (S+U) station, so you'd also have the Ringbahn if you wanna reach further parts of the city quickly.
There is a very nice park called Körnerpark right on the corner, a beautiful bohemian neighbourhood called Rixdorf, the great Tempelhof airport and many other interesting places in walking distances.
