I sublet my flat for a full month of Dec (and if needed the first week of Jan) to only one person ideally. I live in a beautiful Berliner Altbau. My flat is fully furnished (I have a home office set up too), it has an open kitchen, big windows (somewhat French balcony), and a small bedroom (with two person mattress).
I have a very nice and calm neighborhood (mostly families) so I would not throw parties here or listen to music super loud.
I would appreciate it if you could treat my flat with respect and a sense of responsibility.
I care about cleanliness and it would be great it if you could take care of my plants in my absence.

p.s. I can be flexible regarding the days of moving in and out.
The flat is located in the popular neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg (Erich-Weinert-Str). S/U Bahn Schönhauser Allee is in 5 minutes to reach by foot. Cafe's, Restaurants, shops are all within reach around here.
