Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat eine Küche und ein Bad. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Eine Internetverbidung ist selbstverständlich auch vorhanden.

The apartment is very bright, comfortably furnished with a kitchen and bathroom. A washing machine is available. An Internet connection is obviously also available.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Gräfekiez. Die Gegend ist ruhig, grün und mit wenig Verkehr. Nah am Kanal. Viele Kaffee und Bars befinden sich in der Nähe. Ein kleiner Markt findet im Platz an der Seite der Wohnung 2mal die Woche statt.
Sehr gut verbunden (U8, U7, viele Busse).

The apartment is in the beautiful Gräfekiez. The area is quiet, green and with little traffic. Close to the canal. Many cafes and bars are nearby. A small market takes place in the square on the side of the apartment twice a week.
Very well connected (U8, U7, many buses).
Ich bin ein paar Monaten im Ausland und möchte in der Zeit meiner Wohnung einer Person geben, die respektvoll mit meiner Wohnung und meinen Nachbarn umgehen kann. Meine Sachen würden in der Zeit in der Wohnung bleiben aber ich werde darauf achten, dass es genug Platz für Dich und Deine Sachen da ist. Ich freue mich wenn Du Dich um die Pflanzen kümmern würdest.
Eventuell auch im Juli verfügbar.
Eine Anmeldung in der Wohnung ist nicht möglich.

I am abroad for a couple of months and would like to give my apartment to someone who can treat it with respect and with my neighbors. My things would stay in the apartment but I will make sure that there is enough space for you and your things. I would be happy if you would take care of the plants.
Eventually also free in July.
