The minimum stay is 2 weeks.
The price is 50 EUR per night.

Next to a park with ping pong tables, a bridge with musicians, basketball, and more.
Close to nature - Treptowerpark.
Exactly between Friedrischain and Tempelhof.

The flat has a living room, bedroom, bathroom, corridor, guest toilet, and a kitchen.

The living room has a two-meter table, projector, sleeping couch, and lots of flowers.
The bedroom has an open wardrobe, a closet, and a very good and comfortable mattress.
The bathroom is connected to the bedroom and has a bathtub, washing machine, and all the other necessities.
The guest toilet is connected to the corridor.
The kitchen is well-equipped and you can use all the products.

I will leave all the furniture, equipment, and accessories.
You will get access to high-speed 150 mbit/s Internet.

The price includes everything, with no additional costs.
