Bright and Cosy Apartment with a Balcony max for 1 month

The apartment is located in a quiet street in Friedrichshain with good connections to the bus, train, and tram. It is just 5 minutes' from the Frankfurter Allee S/U Bahn stop (line U5 that directly goes to Berlin Central station) and 12 minutes from the Ostkreuz train station by walking. Tram and the several bus stops are right around the corner. There are plenty of shops in Ring Center and Edeka is 2 just minutes by walking distance.

The apartment locates in a building with full of families therefore parties and laud noise during 22:00-07:00 are strictly forbidden. The smoking is only allowed in the balcony and my beautiful plants need to be watered 🪴 please send me a brief introduction about yourself, duration and the reason of your stay request and your concent about the rules above.
