Ich vermiete meine Wohnung unter, da ich für eine Weile nicht in Berlin sein werde. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Neukölln, nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß von den Neukölln Arcaden entfernt und ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Hermannplatz, wo es eine gute Anbindung an die U7 und U8 gibt.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine und eine kleine Kammer, die ich umgebaut habe. Alle bekannten Bars und viele schöne Cafés sind innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist für den angegebenen Zeitraum verfügbar, mit der Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung.

I am subletting my apartment because I will be away from Berlin for a while. The apartment is located in the heart of Neukölln, just a 7-minute walk from Neukölln Arcaden and about a 10-minute walk to Hermannplatz, where there are excellent connections to the U7 and U8 subway lines.

The apartment has an eat-in kitchen with a washing machine and a small chamber that I’ve renovated. All the popular bars and many beautiful cafés are reachable within 15 minutes.

The apartment is available for the specified period, with the possibility of extension.
