I’m moving out, so my apartment will be available. You will be the main tenant, therefore Anmeldung is possible. The apartment comes fully furnished, with no additional costs for the furniture. Please note, however, that the apartment will only be rented out with the furniture shown in the pictures (excluding the electric piano).

* Aldi, Kaufland, Lidl, Edeka, Rossmann just a few minutes away
* S+U Lichtenberg station 5-10 min. walk (Edeka, Rossmann & Pharmacy at the station open on Sundays and holidays)
* S Ostkreuz 10 min. by bike

Costs:
* Basic rent: 999€
* Utilities (heating & water): around 150€
* Electricity & internet: about 40€ (you can set it up yourself or maybe take over my contracts)
* Deposit: can be paid in 3 parts

Documents needed:
* Last 3 payslips (income > 2000€)
* Credit check (like Schufa (solicitar ahora) )
* Proof that you paid rent on time
* Self-disclosure form
* ID or passport

I will make a first selection and the landlord will make the final decision. Viewings are possible from now on.
