(short term and per day) Holidays in Berlin? Short term stay at nice Flat in Schillerkiez close to Tempelhofer Feld between 1st of july and 19th of July(short stays are possible!)

Tempelhofer Feld is only up the street as well as beautiful Hasenheide. You have many grocery shopping opportunities such as turkish food markets, lidl, Aldi as well as Rewe and many more. Everything is close:)
You can reach Mitte within 20 minutes by train and get everywhere quite fast. To the airport it is about 45 minutes.

I would like to ask you to pay 90€ / night and leave a deposit of minimum 200 – We can make a simple contract for the time you are here. I was thinking of renting out my place within the timespan of 1st July and 16th of July:) it can be also only for a short time:) does not have to cover the full time.

As soon as we get in touch, if you are in the city, you can come by and check out my place – If you are not here we can have a video call :)📹
About cleaning:
I live here more then 95% of the year and it is my home. I will clean as good as possible but it is not a hotel :) It is very clean but it is just possible to see, that someone lives here.
