Cozy studio apartment by the canal

Hello,

I am renting my cosy apartment in Neükolln while I am away from mid of January to mid of April 2025.

The location is just right by the canal at Maybachufer, very close to Kotbusser Brücke and Schonleinstrasse Ubahn (U8) is less than 2mins mins walk and Kottbusser Tor is 4 mins walk away.

My place is perfect and ideal for a single person, although a couple could share this comfortable flat furnished with a double bed, tables for working and a cosy seating area. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is equipped with a shower. A fast 100mbit wifi internet connection is included. A few happy plants are around too.
I will clear most of the storage space including the cupboard for you to have space for your belongings, whatever left like kitchen utilities and bedlinen could be used by you.
The cost is 1000 euros per month inclusive of all utilities (including water, electricity, heating and internet).
The location is great as it is surrounded by all kinds of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars but still very quiet inside the apartment as its in the back house.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with your questions or for a visit. I would prefer to give someone the flat who would take for the entire period. But also flexible if it's only a part of the period that seems to be more fitting and we can calculate it accordingly.
