Das Zimmer liegt direkt auf dem Campus der Hochschule Anhalt und ist für Studenten damit mehr als geeignet.
Küche ist vorhanden und komplett möbliert, Bad ebenfalls.
Im Zimmer können Möbel auf VHB behalten werden (Schrank, Schreibtisch zb.).
Im gesamten Komplex wohnen ebenfalls nur Studenten, zu großer Unruhe kommt es jedoch trotzdem nicht.
2 Minuten zur Cafeteria und zur Sporthalle und maximal 3 bis zu den Vorlesungsräumen.
Der Bus fährt vom Campus aus und ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der nächste Bahnhof ist etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auf dem Campus, dazu noch die Cafeteria.
Ich möchte aus der Wohnung raus, da ich das Studium abbrechen werde, Vertrag läuft aber noch bis September, suche deshalb einen Nachmieter.
Schreibt mir einfach eine SMS oder ruf an: ----/-------, keine Angst die Nummer kostet nix, auch wenn man vielleicht was Falsches denken könnte :D
Ich bin prinzipell den ganzen Tag erreichbar, ab 9 bis abends 21 Uhr.
