Hallo :) Weil ich für ein Auslandssemester wegziehe, vermiete ich meine schöne 1,5 Zimmer-Wohnung für den Zeitraum von Februar bis Juli unter. Die Wohnung ist somit vollständig möbliert und verfügt über einen Wohn- und Essraum, ein Bad und ein kleines Schlafzimmer. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen, nach Westen ausgerichteten Balkon. Da sich das Haus u.a. selbst mit Strom versorgt, liegt die Miete (inklusive aller Nebenkosten) bei einem Festpreis von 610€.
Hi :) Because I am doing a semester abroad, I am subletting my 1,5 room apartment from February - July 2025. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a living room (with a kitchen), a bathroom, a small bedroom and a little balcony. The rent is 610€ and includes all ancillary costs (gas, water, wifi etc.).
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und verfügt über eine direkte Anbindung an zwei Stadtbahnlinien sowie den Hauptbahnhof, der in 15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Direkt nebenan gibt es unter anderem Aldi und Rewe. Mit dem Fahrrad lassen sich in 10 Minuten sowohl die Innenstadt, als auch mehrere Parks und das Nordparkcenter erreichen.
The apartment is near to two tram stations and a 15-minutes walk away from the main station. The grocery stores Aldi and Rewe are directly next to it, and by bike you can reach the city center, various parks and the so-called Nordparkcenter in 10 minutes.
