Central, homey apartment near Altstadt available from 1 April 2025

This comfortable and spacious one-room apartment is available for rent from April 1, 2025 as I will be leaving Bonn for good. I really enjoy the cozines of the apartment and the convenience of the apartment, as it is located near the tram line 61, as well as to the bus '550' and there are many supermarkets araound this area.

The apartment is located in the ground floor of the building, and has a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. I will leave behind most of the furnitures that can be seen in the pictures (sofa, bed, wardrobe, table, mattress, cupboard and table). I will need the person taking over the apartment to pay for the furnitures, which amount to 800 euros in total. Unfortunately, if you are not willing to take over this cost, I would not consider your application, so please only reach out if you are aware and willing to pay this cost. The kitchen is seperate from the bedroom, and is also well-equiped, with lots of cultery, stoves, microwave, oven and fridge. There is a communal washing machine in the basement, which you can use with a fee.

The owner is looking for someone that is preferrably working in DHL or Telekom, so priority will be given to individuals with this financial background.
