Die gut geschnittene Wohnung ist 35 qm2 groß und liegt im 3.OG. Die helle Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn-Schlafzimmer, einer Küche, WC und Badezimmer und einem großen Flur. Alles mit Laminat verlegt. Die Wohnung ist möbiliert wie in den Fotos zu sehen ist. Im Keller habe ich eine Waschmaschine zu Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum 5 min zu fuß vom Hbf entfernt. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Rewe befindet sich direkt nebenan. Die Uni ist in ungefähr 8 min zu erreichen. Alle Diskos der Stadt sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie kneipen und Restaurants...
Ich werde bis März 2017 aus beruflichen Gründen meine schöne Wohnung verlassen müssen, daher suche ich jemanden, der für eine Zwischenmiete sie übernehmen würde, bei anfragen bin ich unter erreichbar. Das Mietverhältnis kann eventuell auf Wünsch des neuen Mieters verlängert werden.
