The single room apartment is only for students available, the company will not allow non students to live in the student dorms.
I'm studying in the university but moving to Berlin to look for Masterarbeit opportunities therefore I'm leaving the room behind for someone else to take over the contract eventually when my contract ends and possibly continue living in it afterwards.
Most of the furniture will be left behind, it isn't much but I will definitely not be able to move everything to Berlin. We can discuss that at the time.
It's a beautiful compact apartment, very nicely decorated as you see in the pictures and very well taken care of.
** I also have my own mini washing machine available for your use ** due to the corona pandemic I started avoiding washing with everyone else so I got my own machine inside the room.
It is SUPER important that you are a clean and hygienic person who takes care of the place well.
It has huge windows and it's own kitchen and bathroom. Everything you need is available.
It is directly inside the university and near the public transport, there is 2 very close Supermarkets Penny and REWE you can reach on foot.
Pets are sadly not allowed in this complex due to the companys rules.
