Dear all, I rent out a beautiful fully furnished one bedroom flat in a house not far from the EU institutions from August 2023
The flat has a living room, bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen, toilet and washing machine.it has a garden I would like to rent the flat out for a short period of minimum 6 to 9 months to a quiet person, preferably a young professional or intern. Internet and cable tv is foreseen in the house. A cleaning lady for the common parts ia also foreseen. Public transport is near the house. Restaurants and shops are in the neighbourhood.
The flat is near the public transport, there are busses to the EU institutions and the city centre.(bus 65, 59, tram 25)
Restaurants and shops are nearby. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the airport (15 minutes) and the train station(15 minutes). The flat is on the groundfloor and the owner lives in the house.
The small garden can be used upon request to the owner.
