This flat is a perfect starter home if you just started university or your first job. it is not too big (one room after all) but it fits everything you need in your first flat. it is just lovely.
the bathroom is small as well but everything was put in last year so it's top quality.
the kitchen is small, but has a dishwasher which I LOVE.
the location is good, it's a quiet neighborhood, close to the park - so if you like me love to jog, this is perfect for you. there are some pubs and restaurants around, fun suff.
the bus station is a bit of a walk but other than that this location is perfect.
the flat does not have too many windows, but it's still not too dark - all in all you usually do not need to turn on the lights during the day. there's a bit of space in front of the door where you could leave your bike or put a chair. I used to leave my bike there and it worked out fine
