Aufgrund eines Jobwechsels muss ich leider mit schwerem Herzen diese wunderschöne Wohnung aufgeben. In der Straße der Nationen, 09113 Chemnitz, erwartet euch eine komplett möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im charmanten Schloss Chemnitz. Die Wohneinheit befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss und bietet ein gemütliches Zimmer, eine separate Küche, einen Flur, ein Badezimmer mit Wanne und WC sowie einen einladenden Balkon – perfekt zum Entspannen. Zudem gehört ein Kellerabteil zur Wohnung, und ein eigener Stellplatz ist ebenfalls inbegriffen.
Der aktuelle Mietvertrag läuft noch bis November, kann jedoch bei Interesse verlängert werden.
Der Mietzeitraum und den genauen Ein- oder Auszugstermin könnten wir flexibel besprechen. Bei Interesse oder weiteren Fragen melde dich gerne, dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen oder weitere Details besprechen.

Due to a job change, it is with a heavy heart that I have to give up this beautiful apartment. In the Straße der Nationen, 09113 Chemnitz, a fully furnished 1-room apartment in the charming Chemnitz Castle awaits you. The residential unit is located on the 1st floor and offers a cozy room, a separate kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet as well as an inviting balcony - perfect for relaxing. The apartment also has a cellar compartment and its own parking space is also included.
The current tenancy agreement runs until November but can be extended if interested.
