Searching a new flat from Middle of November

Hi,

my name is Sascha, i'm 33 years old,non smoker, cleanliness, calm,respectfully and want to have a small furnitured flat around 45 square metres from the Middle of November as i planned to work in Ireland and they outlooking is quite good.

I would like to have a bed, Kitchen a Couch,some tables, a Washing Machine and other important things for the life in it.(Dishes etc...

Tv and Microwave isn't important for me.


The flat should be in a small quiet area with people which have good Behaviour.

My desire is to have Supermarkets,Bus nearby.

I wouldn't live in a big street with lot of traffic.

If there is a park or some other places for getting a rest it would be great.

I also like to go by bike and a place near to the river would be fine.

A Basement, where i can put some stuffs and dry my clothes is also important for me.

Also i wouldlike to have a dog or cat and it would be nice,if the flat suitable for holding animals.

Finally i would like to have a balcony or a Terrace.
