I am renting my apartment between 14.10.2024 - 15.11.2024 as I am moving to another place. Therefore, extension is not possible.

Sunny spacious room, which has the small integrated kitchen with microwave and bedroom together. Your own bathroom, enough storage.

Common laundry on the second floor. Booking available by an app. no TV. To dry your clothes optionally the balcony can be used when its sunny.

The caution is the amount I paid to my landlord as well due to my contract and will be paid back after the control when you handover the keys back.

You need to bring you personal kitchen and bed equipments.

Next door neighbours are quiet and friendly students.

There is a market below th building. Mon-Saturday7-21
