ich biete ein möblierte 1 Zi Wohnung in einer 3er WG an in Dresden Löbtau - in Uni Nähe.
Die Wohnung hat eine moderne kleine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein modernes Bad. Du zahlst einfach nur monatlich die Warmmiete in Höhe von 600€. Darin enthalten ist die Nutzung der abgebildeten Möbel, die Stromkosten, die Heizkosten, Wasser und super schnelles Wlan mit 250MBit Leitung. Das erleichtert die Abrechnung für alle Beteiligten. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 9 Monate. Die Möbelstücke sind überwiegend von Ikea.
Außerdem gibt es ein Kellerraum. Im Hof kann das Fahrrad angeschlossen werden. Zudem findet im Waschkeller auch die Waschmaschine einen geeigneten Platz.
