Ich suche einen Untermieter für meine Einzimmerwohnung am Zoopark, ab 15. Juli, mindestens für ein Jahr. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Es gibt eine Kitchenette (siehe Bild) Badezimmer, und sogar auch einen Kellerraum.
Der Zoopark ist weniger als eine Minute entfernt und es gibt sehr viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße. Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral und hier gibt es zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen und eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. (Brehmplatz und Grunerstraße, und Ludwig-beck Str.). Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich auch die S-Bahn-Stationen Düsseldorf-Zoo und Derendorf. Der Flughafen ist 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi und 20-30 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt.
Supermärkte wie Rewe und Netto sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einen schönen Biergarten am Brehmplatz und viele andere Restaurants.
Die Wohnung ist für ein Jahr verfügbar und kann bei Bedarf auch verlängert werden. Internet, Storm und Heizung kosten sind in dem Nebenkosten erhalten.

I am looking for a subtenant for my one-room apartment at Zoopark, from July 15th, for at least one year. The apartment is on the second floor. There is a kitchenette (see picture) bathroom, and even a cellar room.
The zoo park is less than a minute away and there are many free parking spaces on the street. The apartment is very central and there are two tram stops and a bus stop nearby. (Brehmplatz and Grunerstraße, and Ludwig-beck Str.). The main train station is only 15 minutes away by bus or 10 minutes by tram. The Düsseldorf Zoo and Derendorf S-Bahn stations are also nearby. The airport is 15 minutes away by taxi and 20-30 minutes by public transport.
Supermarkets such as Rewe and Netto are also within walking distance. There is a nice beer garden on Brehmplatz and many other restaurants.
The apartment is available for one year and can also be extended if necessary. Internet, electricity and heating costs are included in the Nebenkosten.
