ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Person die mein 1-Zimmer Studioappartment im Brandenburgischen Viertel übernimmt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Studis, der Weg mit dem Fahrrad zur Hochschule führt durch den Wald und ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist Hell und ruhig, sie ist 36.62m² groß. Und es gibt einen Balkon mit Blick aufs Grüne.
Der Kühlschrank und die Kücheneinheit können gerne mit übernommen werden, auch über andere Möbel können wir gern reden. Was die Übernahme angeht bin ich flexibel, meine Präferenz ist der 01.09., aber ein Monat früher oder später ist auch möglich.

I am looking for a person to take over my 1-room studio apartment in Eberswalde. The apartment is perfect for students, the commute by bike to the university leads through the forest and is very beautiful. The apartment is bright and quiet, it is 36.62m² big. There is a balcony with a view of a small forest.
The fridge and the kitchen unit can be taken over, we can also talk about the other furniture.
