Room facilities :Room is spacious with proper ventilation of fresh air. You'll be having your own kitchen,toilet,Bathroom,Wi-fi and as I'm going for some days ,so I'll be keeping my things there like Oven ,Microwave ,vaccum cleaner,kitchen utencils and other useful small things.Washing Machine is in underground . This all things are included in rent and nothing else you've to pay.Only if you make some damage in room then you must pay for that.
Public Transport: In 2 min. of walking distance there is Bus stop . If you have your own bike then it is really very nice, then Hauptbahnhof is 10-15 min , University is 15 min ,restauraunts in 2 min , Kauffland in 2-3 min, OBI in 5 min and wonderful forest in 15 min and many other places are quite accesible.
Parking: You'll be having free parking of your own.
Everything is nearly accessible . In 2 min of distance bus stop is there. Kauffland,OBI ,Aldi,Biblothek,river,wald,
fitness center,Apotheke and many more things are near .
