It is the apartment KOMFORT, as you can seen on the iLive website. On 5th floor with view on the west to the garden.
The apartment itself ha its own bathroom, kitchen (including fridge, freezer, oven and stove), wifi router. The building has more facilities, such as washing and drying machines (washing 3,5€, drying 3€), gym, terraces, sports-field, common lounge with kitchen and TV, cinema with Netflix, basement parking for cars (paid) and bicycles (free), reception (also for receiving parcels and any questions or problems).
It is mainly for students and young professionals. There are also events sometimes.
Monthly rent is 629€ including all costs such as energy (except for the laundry, also, there might be a fee 75€ for making the subtenant contract, as this is done with the facility manager, but Im not sure if its a fee for me or you, Im gonna check and update this post then).
