Die Wohnung hat eine Grundfläche von circa 30 Quadratmetern und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und darin finden Sie ein Wohnzimmer/Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und groß Badezimmer.

Das offizielle Einzugsdatum ist um 01. Januar 2024. Die Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich.

Ich ziehe wegen meines neuen Jobs aus, sonst war ich sehr zufrieden, hier zu leben.

Du lebst allein, die Beste Nachbarn und insgesamt fühlt es sich in der Wohnung sehr ruhig an.

Location
Diese Einzimmerwohnung befindet sich direkt in der Johannisstraße und ganz in der Nähe die Stadtzentrum. Nur in 5 Minute zu Fuß sind Sie an der Bushaltestelle (Angelburger Straße).

Kosten
Miete (inkl. Heizung und Warmwasser): 350 Euro
Strom: ca. 45 Euro
Kaution: 500 Euro


Aktualisierung (witching!!!)

- Leider sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt.

- WLAN und Strom sollten vom Mieter organisiert werden. Nicht im Gesamtpreis inbegriffen (ca. Kosten WLAN 40 Euro und Strom 45 Euro)

- Ich habe die Waschmaschine und den Mini-Kühlschrank vom Vormieter gekauft und könnte sie Ihnen zu einem sehr günstigen Preis verkaufen.
