Die Möbel möchte ich für 400 Euro verkaufen. Es entspricht:

- 1 Bett (Rahmen, Lattenrost und Matrasse)

- 1 Tisch mit 2 Stühle

- 1 kleine Tisch

As I'm about to leave Ger,any, I'm looking for someone to take over my one-room appartment in the Leipziger street in the nice Bockenheim.
It's about 30 square metters and has:
- Kitchenette with induction stove and oven
- Kitchenette is separate from the room.
- Laminat floor
- Apartment facing opposite side of the street, therefore it is quiet
- Super fast Internet connection with Unitymedia (you have to buy it yourself)
- Basement available
A condition is to take-over my furniture for 400€:
- 1 wardrobe
- 1 bed with frame and matress
- 1 book shelf with 8 drawers
- 1 table and 2 chairs
- 1 couch
- 1 small table
- 1 LED TV 32"
- 1 TV stand
- 1 old armchair
- kitchen articles (pans, stoves, espresso machine...)
