We are moving to another apartment and are looking for someone to take over our place from 15 March to 31 May. There is some flexibility on the days, depending on when you book the apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished and perfect for short-term stays. You will have everything you need from towels, to kitchen utensils.
Happy to negotiate pricing for people interested to rent the apartment.
The apartment is well-located. Tram lines 11, 14, 21 are around a 4-minute walk, while the Gallus S-Bahn station is a 7-minute walk (as per Google).
Four major supermarkets - Lidl, Rewe, Penny, Aldi - are also within close proximity.
There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area (Indian, Chinese, Turkish, German, etc).
Online or physical viewing can be arranged. We would require a downpayment of EUR 2000 (the same in our current rental contract). We are urgently looking for a new tenant as we will be moving to another space.0
