Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a subtenant for my studio apartment located at TheFizz Frankfurt in Galluswarte, from December/January till the end of March. It's an official subleasing contract with TheFizz, that should last a minimum of 3 months. After the 31st of March, if you want, you can take over the contract and extend it as you like.
It's a 23sqm modern fully furnished studio apartment, located at the 1st floor of the building, with a nice furniture layout and fulfilled of natural lights thanks to the three huge windows.
Included in the rent you also have access to all the common area of the building (free access to the gym, rooftop, barbecue, cinema area, gaming area and so on).
The apartment is located in the vibrant district of Galluswarte, 2 mins walk away from two main public transport and 5-10 min walk from Galluswarte Metro stop. Scooters are always available in the surrounding. A supermarket is just below the building, as well as a medic, different restaurants and Rossmann as well.
Nearby you can find also good restaurant, packetshops, few barbershop and you have easy access to any destination since the apartment is located in Mainzer Landstrasse, the main road. It's 10min from the Autobahn, and 10min from the city center!
An official subleasing contract between us and TheFizz will be defined in person, together with the House Manager.
Since the rent period is quite short, I'm asking only one month deposit.
If needed, parking space in the garage can be rented from TheFizz at a price that have to be defined with the House Manager.
