Zur Apartmentausstattung gehören noch Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind für alle Mieter gegen einen kleinen Beitrag im Keller nutzbar.
Ebenso inklusive sind schnelle WLAN/Internet (bis 250MBit/s), das TV hat Satelliten-Anschluss.

Auf Wunsch kann ein 7 oder 14 tägiger Putzservice mit Wäscheservice hinzugebucht werden.
Bei unbefristeter Vermietung an eine Privatperson beträgt die Miete für einen Monat 700€ inklusive der Vorauszahlungen für Strom und Gas (Heizung) und der üblichen, weiteren Betriebskosten. Bei Belegung mit mehr als einer Personfällt zusätzlich +100€ Betriebskostenzuschlag an.
Die Mindestmietzeit ist 3 Monate.
Die Rundfunkgebühren werden vom Mieter direkt an die Rundfunkservicestelle abgeführt.

This furnished 1 room - studio - apartment is located in a very central and conveniently located property within walking distance to the main-train-station and the trade fair. It will be available from April 1st 2025 on.
The apartment disposes of an own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, 2 induction hobs, fridge with freezer department, coffee machine, pots, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery etc.
Furthermore, iron and ironing board are in the apartment, washing-machines and dryers are available in the basement for a small fee.
Fast WLAN/Internet is included in the rental price. The tenant has his own letterbox. We supply all necessary documents for city registration and Visa-applications.
For occupancy with one person, the monthly gross-rent is 700€, for occupancy with 2 persons, there is a surcharge of +100€.
At the end of the rental period, a final cleaning fee of 167€ will be charged.
The minimal rental time is 3 months, hereafter, there is a notice time of 1 month to month's end.
The security deposit is 600€.
