I’m going on a trip and offering my cozy apartment in Weißer Stein, Frankfurt for sublet. This is a temporary rental, available from 8 January until 24 April 2025 – just for 3 months! Preferably for women.

The rent is 1090 euros per month. The apartment is 34m², featuring an open layout with a balcony, lots of natural light, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate kitchen. Fully furnished and perfect for one person. Located just 10 minutes from the city center by train, with easy access to U1, U2, U3, U8 subway lines, and S-Bahn S6. Close to the river, perfect for picnics, sports or walks in contact with nature. Supermarkets such as Rewe, Bio Supermarkets, Alnatura, ATMs very close.

Please note: Anmeldung (registration) is not available, and this is a temporary rental for 3 months only!

To rent the apartment, you’ll need a valid residence permit in Germany, a SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) credit report, and a payslip.
