Nicely located between ECB and Berger Straße:

5-minute walk to U-Bahn (Habsburger Allee)

I am the current tenant of the apartment. Due to a new work situation I will be leaving the apartment during November. Therfore I am searching someone to rent the apartment already from the 1. December. The contract will be made directly with the property mannagement of the building.

I would be also interested to sell some furniture (Bed, Closet, Sofa, TV Stand and table, some accessories) for around 800 € (negotiable). It's all matching and works really fine with the apartment.

Just to give you an idea, here are some basic requirements which the property management communicated to me:

- Employed or self-payer status with at least 2,100€ net income
- Clean SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) record (property management will verify it)
- Kaution of 3 months rent without utilities
