Cozy apartment with south balcony overlooking the forest 10 mins walking from südbahnhof

My apartment will be available for long term rental from early December as I am moving to a different city for a new job.

All furniture is included in the apartment and price is 550 Eur. I would only prefer tenants who are ready to take up the furniture.

Note -
Washing machine and dryer are in basement.
The rent for couples is 100 Eur extra per month (As decided by owner)
The rent could be 5-10% higher depending on the owner's decision.
The utility amount is the electricity cost I pay per month currently. Actual amount would be as per your usage.
Minimum rental period is 1 year
