The apartment is located in the heart of the city and comes fully furnished. It's only a 5-minute walk away from the institute or university district, and 2 minutes from public transport. The apartment is also conveniently situated near supermarkets, bars, and a gym, making it an ideal location for students.
The FIZZ is a student residence that offers a games room, big shared kitchen, study room and a Lounge, allowing you to meet new people while still having your own private apartment with a bathroom and kitchen.
Also, comes with the contract the ability to use the fizz services like receiving parcels on your behalf, and you can borrow various things, so you don’t have to buy them ( such as iron, and vacuum cleaner, etc.).
The rent is usually 875€, but I’m offering it for 700€.
