Wir bieten dir ein 20m² großes Zimmer in einer lebendigen und freundlichen 5er-WG an. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und bietet dir alles, was du zum Leben brauchst. Mit ein wenig Kreativität kannst du es in dein persönliches Wohlfühlparadies verwandeln!
Da es eine Studenten-WG ist, werden auch nur Studenten gesucht.

Highlights der WG:
- Unsere großzügige Küche bietet nicht nur genug Platz zum Kochen, sondern auch ein gemütliches Sofa und einen Esstisch
- Du wirst Teil einer tollen Gemeinschaft von 4 Mitbewohnern, die alle sehr nett und aufgeschlossen sind. Bei uns herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre und du wirst dich schnell einleben. Dein Zimmer bietet dir zudem genug Platz und Ruhe für deine eigene Privatsühäre und genug Rückzug.
- Alle 2 Wochen kommt eine Reinigungskraft, die die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber hält. So bleibt die WG immer in einem gepflegten Zustand.
- Du kannst unsere Waschmaschine nutzen und es gibt auch einen Wäschekeller, in dem du deine Wäsche trocknen kannst.
- Der Campus ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, brauchst 12 Min. zur U-Bahn Station zu Fuß und in 20 Minuten bist du mit der U-Bahn in der Innenstadt. So bist du schnell überall, wo du sein möchtest.

- Die Miete beträgt 700€ im Monat. Die Kaution beträgt 1000€

We offer you a 20m² room in a lively and friendly 5-person shared flat. The room is fully furnished and provides everything you need for comfortable living. With a bit of creativity, you can transform it into your personal sanctuary!
Since it's a student flat, we are on the search only for students.

Highlights of the Flat:

- Our generous kitchen not only offers plenty of space for cooking but also has a cozy sofa and a dining table for shared meals and socializing.
- You will be part of a wonderful community with 4 housemates who are all very nice and open-minded. We have a pleasant atmosphere, and you will quickly feel at home. Your room also offers enough space and quiet for your own privacy and retreat.
- Every two weeks, a cleaning service keeps the common areas tidy, ensuring the flat remains in a well-maintained condition.
- You can use our washing machine, and there is also a laundry room where you can dry your clothes.
- The campus is only a 10-minute bike ride away. It takes 12 minutes to walk to the subway station, and you can reach the city center in 20 minutes by subway. This means you are quickly wherever you want to be.

- The rent ist 700€ per month. The deposit is 1000€
