This is a newly and fully furnished enormous one-room apartment in the old town of Partenkirchnen. The balcony offers you a 200 degree panoramic view of the German Alps. The apartment is extremely quiet, the supermarket easily accessible, and the mountain is your backyard.
Parking is around the corner, so is the elevator. A fee-based laundry room is in the basement. Ski equipment can be stored in the basement as well.
Within walking distance you will find a museum, a cinema, a library, numerous bars and restaurants. There are eight hotels in the close vicinity, which you could use for friends and visitors.
This apartment can accommodate up to two adults. Respect of the house rules and regulations is going to be part of the deal. A certificate of residence will be issued immediately upon request.
The contact is time limited. The contract can be eventually renewed. I speak Chinese, English, French and German. Therefore there should be no difficulties in communication.
