Rental (sublease) period- The apartment is vacant between the 19th of November 2023 and the 19th of January 2024. A rental period anywhere in between can be negotiated. I would have a much greater preference for the full two months or 1.5 months.
About the apartment- The apartment was renovated in 2021. The kitchen has a window, a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven. The apartment is rented fully furnished. There is a large balcony with a great view of the mountains and the south of the city. Building amenities include a garbage chute, a large laundry room, and a 15 meter pool, the latter two being in the basement. There is no cellar available.
The apartment is located in the middle of the Laim and Schwanthalerhöhe districts, right below the Hirschgarten S-bahn station. There are plenty of parks, shops, restaurants, and beer gardens nearby. The Westpark and Hirschgarten are both a short walk or a bike ride away.
There is an Edeka, an Aldi and a HIT within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. The shopping center which houses HIT also has a bakery, a salon and a pharmacy.
The apartment is also very well located in terms of public transport. U4/U5 lines at Westendstraße are at the foot of the door to the apartment. Alternatively, there is the tram line 18, bus lines 130, 157, 62, and the S-Bahn at Hirschgarten.
The utility costs comprise of heating and warm water.
Other costs comprise of Wi-Fi, building maintenance and electricity.
The laundry room has 8 washing machines and 4 dryers, so you'll almost always find a spot.
The kitchen door has been removed and can be installed again if needed.
The deposit will be returned as soon as I have seen the apartment again.
I would also appreciate someone who can look after my indoor plants :)
