Hello! I am moving to another place so I am offering my current apartment for long-term rent.
It's perfect for short term rent or zwischen. You don't need to buy any extra fournitures. I live here for nearly a year and almost got all setted. And I can leave you some of my current stuff like a microwave oven or so if you want.
The place lives many students, and people lives here are very kind.
The place is not very new, but comfy enough.
Rent per month includes apartment rent:325 (warmiete) + Internet fee: 19.9 + Rundfunkbeträge: 17.5.

It's near Annastrasse, with four supermarkets nearby, Rewe (500 meters ca.), Lidl (400 meters ca.), Aliman (Asian Supermarket, 300m ca.） and the nearest one Penny is within 3 mins walk.
About 8 mins or less to Central Campus if you ride a bycicle ( I'm a slow ridder, so). 13 mins to Waldweg. 15 mins or less to city center.
Nearby many bus stations, Lichtenberg in Weenderland Str., Robert-Koch-Str. is within 7 mins walk.
20 mins bycicle to train station and 15mins to Uni Sport center. Let alone the uni Klinikum is also within 1 km ca.
In short, it's a lovely place with excellent location that will not let you feel far to most of the places in the city.
There is a Grassland in front of the building, where people can take a rest or so. Many woods nearby, one can easily take a relaxing walk.
With a 2nd floor off main street location you will not be annoyed by the trucks in midnight.
The room can meet sunshine until 10 am in the winter and 11am in the summer.
There is also a nice Hausmeister will help you with many problems.
