Hi!
You have to be a student to rent this place. The housemaster wants a valid enrolment certificate. If you did not start studying yet but will in this year, then that is fine too.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt nebenan: tegut, dm, eine Apotheke sowie Subway, Dominoes und Burger King. Viele Ärzt*innen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Uniklinikum. Auch für Nicht-Medizinstudierende gibt es da eine Bibliothek, super zum Lernen, Ausdrucken von Sachen etc. Die Entfernungen sind echt super: 5 Min. zur Haltestelle "Hermann-Rein-Str.". In 10 Min. mit dem Bus am ZHG. In weniger als 10 Min. mit dem Fahrrad am ZHG. In 5 Min. zum Nordcampus. Die Stadt liegt unmittelbar südlich dem Unicampus.
Es ist allgemein sehr grün hier. Im Komplex leben so gut wie nur Studierende. In der Umgebung wohnen auch viele Familien, es ist also insgesamt sehr familienfreundlich. Ein wirklich positiver Faktor ist, dass es abends überhaupt nicht laut ist. Das fand ich sehr angenehm und auch wichtig, vor allem in der Prüfungsphase.

The place is directly next to the Uniklinikum and the Nordcampus. There are libraries which can be used by all students. It is very convenient for learning, printing stuff etc. The location is really good: 5 min to the bus stop and 10 min with bus to central campus. With bike even faster. The city center is next to the campus.
The neighborhood is green, full of students but also family-friendly. A great plus is that it is calm at night-time. That is important for me especially during exams.
Folgende Möbel sind bereits vorhanden: ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, ein kleiner Esstisch, ein Regal und Stühle. Kühlschrank ist auch schon vorhanden. Kleiderschrank ist im Wohnungsschnitt bereits integriert. Es gibt einen Waschkeller mit münzbetriebenen Waschmaschinen.
Gesamte Miete beträgt um die 390 Euro. Besichtigungen sind ab sofort möglich. Online-Besichtungen auch.

Furniture is already included: bed, a desk, a table for eating, a bookshelf and some chairs. Fridge is also included. Wardrobe is integrated. Shared washing machines can be used.
