Wunderschöne Dachgeschoßwohnung, beste Lage (Zwischenmiete)

Aufgrund einer Reise vermiete ich meine wunderschöne und sehr zentral gelegene Dachgeschoß Wohnung in Graz für einen Monat (28.2.-28.3.2025)

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in Graz. In 5 Gehminuten ist man im Stadtpark, in 10 Gehminuten in der Innenstadt. Die Linien 1 und 7 sind ca in 2 Minuten Gehweite.
Ein Billa und ein Spar sind auch gleich in der Nähe. Es gibt zahlreiche Cafes, Bars und Restaurants gleich nebenan.

Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet von Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle ist alles da. Ich habe auch ein Keyboard und eine Gitarre für alle Musikbegeisterten. ;)

Sie besteht aus einem Vorraum, Küche mit Esstisch, separates WC, Bad mit Dusche und Wohn-Schlafraum. Da sie Fenster an beiden Häuserseiten hat, hat man die Sonne von Sonnenaufgang bis Untergang.
Ich hab sie mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und freue mich, wenn jemand anderer die Wohnung nutzten kann während ich nicht da bin (und würde mir wünschen wenn der/diejenige auch liebevoll damit umgeht ;) )

Die Miete für den angegebenen Zeitraum beträgt 800€ . Da ist alles dabei schnelles W-Lan, Strom, und Gas.


Das Angebot richtet sich nur an Frauen (leider auch keine Pärchen)

Due to a trip I am subrenting my cosy flat in the centre of Graz for 1 month (28.2.-28.3.2025)

The location is perfect. In 5 walking Minutes you are at Stadtpark, in 10 at the city centre. The tram Lines 1 and 7 are in 2 Minute walking distance and you'll find a Billa and Spar, nice Cafes and great Restaurants and Bars close by.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, etc.) I also have a keyboard and a guitar for the musicians out there ;)

It consists of an entrance room, a separate toilette, a fully equipped kitchen with dinging table, a bathroom and a living/sleeping room with couch, desk to work at (not in the pictures, I'll update them as soon as I get to it) and a 140 bed with super nice sunrise views and at the Herz Jesu Kirche.
I put a lot of love into furnishing this place and I am happy if someone can enjoy it, while I am gone :) (and hopefully also treats it nicely and respectfully)

Rent will be 800 € for the given period including all bills, wlan etc.

I'd prefer a female renter (also no couples)
