Hey :) I'm renting out my appartment since Im doing an Erasmus semester and love it too much to give it up :D It's fully furnitured and there are all sorts of equipment (washing machine, fridge, dish washer, microwave, etc.) The rent includes everything: rent, electricity, fees, internet. There is a large Bed (140 cm) and a couch that can be adjusted to be a second bed if you have friends sleeping over.
The appartment is located in a quiet area with very good connections to public transport (tram 2 min, bus 4 min). The Campus Inffeldgasse can be reached by foot within 10 min. There are all kind of stores nearby (~5 min), a farmers market and even a nice park (~2 min) where you can play beach volleyball or just chill. It's also a nice area to take a walk.
The owner of the appartment lets me rent out the appartment under the condition that I find someone suitable who ideally is a female student.
