Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung.:)
Meine Wohnung wird ab Dezember oder Januar verfügbar sein. Da ich gerade noch auf Wohungssuche bin kann ich leider noch kein genaues Datum geben.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in der Nähe vom Reileck. Daher hat man eine gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahnen in alle Richtungen. Auch der 24h-Edeka ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Von der Wohung aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Pauluskirche und den Sonnenaufgang.
Die Wohnung ist mit einer Einbauküche (sogar mit Spülmaschiene) ausgestattet, die kostenlos übernommen werden kann. Außerdem gehört ein geräumiges Kellerabteil dazu.
Ich würde gerne ein paar Möbel gegen einen kleinen Betrag in der Wohnung lassen:
- 1,40m Bett mit 4 Bettkästen + Lattenrost
- Kleiderschrank
- Ausziehbares Sofa
