It’s a 37 sq. m. studio apartment in Altona, super well located near Altona Bahnhof and IKEA, with a lot of shops and cafes near by. The apartment is on the 9th floor with a large balcony (that can be closed with glass windows or open) and an amazing view of Hamburg.
The flat also includes storage room basement. There is a laundry room in the basement as well.

I’m moving out of Hamburg (and Germany) and I am looking for someone to take over my apartment from November 1st, so I can terminate my rent contract sooner. Ideally, I’d like to find someone new to Hamburg, as I’m also selling my furniture and other items that could help you settle in quickly. After we agree on the apartment takeover, I would pass your contact details to the landlord, with who you could discuss all the contract details.
