WG Zimmer / 1 Zimmer Wohnung für Dez frei // Subletting nice, cosy appartement for december

Hello,
I am offering my place to a nice, orderly & reliable person for december (where i will be away for several days). There is a small extra room on the first floor, which i will be occupying. Yet as i said, i will be gone some days, working out of town.

The flat has a nice bedroom/office in the 2nd floor and a comfy kitchen on the first floor. It is complete with furniture ( everything will be clean, i will remove all private things).
There is no wifi, i am using my mobile hotspot.
The area is Kirchdorf, so it´s a nice and green and calm neighbourhood. Bus stop around the
corner, S-Bahn is one busstop or 6min walk. Close to the Elbe river and Deich. So really nice and green.

I ll be glad to give you details personally. Visiting via video chat is also possible. I´d be taking 650 plus Nebenkosten 50€ for the month, heating etc. included. (the rent i pay is just about 1000, so that should be a good deal i´d say.
So i would like to emphasize again: I´d be looking for a nice, orderly and reliable person here. No BS, pls.

The pictures represents the room lately. I will make it really nice, take private things, rearrange furniture, have extra furniture. You can have either a 140x200cm or 100x200cm bed depending on what you prefer.
