Schönes 1-Zimmer-Apartment, zentral und ruhig in Eimsbüttel

Kleine aber feine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen von Hamburg.
Die Wohnung ist schön hell und nach Osten ausgerichtet, sprich vormittags scheint die Sonne hinein. Der Blick aus den großen Fenstern geht ins Grüne - in den hauseigenen Garten, der auch mitbenutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig, da sie nach hinten rausgeht und ist auch kaum hellhörig was die Nachbarn angeht.
Zentraler und gleichzeitig ruhiger geht es in Hamburg kaum.

Aus dem Eingang der Wohnung gelangt man ins Bad und ins Wohn-/Schlafzimmer. Von dem Wohnzimmer geht eine sehr kleine Küche ab (siehe Fotos).
Die Wohnung ist mit Holzdielen ausgelegt.

The flat itself is cozy and with a lot of light, especially in the morning and noon when the sun shines through the windows.
The flat is in the heart of hamburg but also in a really quiet area which i find is a unique combination.
The public transportation is just 3 minutes away by feet and you are everywhere in just a couple minutes: for examble central station in 8 minutes, Sternschanze in 5 minutes, Hafencity in 15 Minutes.
The district iteself has a lot of different restaurants, supermarkets and shops which add to the unique atmosphere here in Eimsbüttel
