This apartment is annexed to our house, but has its individual entrance door. It is fully equipped and furnished for a comfortable stay... You simply have to bring your luggage!
You will have your own kitchen, dining area, bathroom, bed and desk. Please find more details below.

The kitchen is equipped with the following:

In this ground floor room, you will also find a dining table with 2 chairs (additional chairs can be provided when needed) and a closet.

First floor:
This floor serves as a bedroom and office space. It comes with a Queen size bed, 1 blanket, 2 pillows and 1 set of bed sheets. There are also 2 chests of drawers and 1 laundry basket. Finally you will have your own desk and chair, and a printer.

Wifi is included in the price.
The house and its annex apartment are located in a quiet street next to a small park. You will find the bus stop right around the corner, which can take you to the S-Bahn Wilhelmsburg in 4 minutes. But you could also walk to the S-Bahn in just 15 minutes, or take a bike. E-scooters are also usually easily available for rent right around the corner.
From the S-Bahn Wilhelmsburg, you can reach the city center of Hamburg in just 10 minutes with the S3 and S5 lines.
There is a bakery next to the bus stop. For groceries, there is the Luna Center at the S-Bahn Wilhelmsburg station which offers everything you might need (REWE/Lidl, Budni/Rossman, pharmacy, food court, ... ) or a Penny 10 minutes away by foot/3 minutes by bus.
There is a large choice of restaurants that deliver to our address.
A few minutes away by bike or bus, you will find the Inselpark which is a beautiful park with a lake, bike lanes, many outdoor activities, a public swimming pool, an indoor climbing wall, picnic/BBQ spots and much more.
If you would rather take the car, the highway A1 is very close by and the A7 highway is easily accessible via the Köhlbrandbrücke.
We are a binational couple (German and French) and therefore are happy to receive international people from all over the world. You can contact us in English, German or French and we are also happy to help you settle and navigate the german bureaucracy.
